Under the direction of award-winning Executive Chef Maya Chrestensen, who offers more than 25 years in the restaurant and catering business, Command’s culinary team is renowned for their artful preparation, presentation and exceptional service. A proud purveyor of “New American” cuisine, Chef Maya is inspired by California’s local bounty along with the flavors and emerging styles of the global culinary scene to stay on the cutting edge of trends.

Working with you to ensure every aspect of your dining experience is flawless, Command’s team delivers the highest level of personal attention, expertise, care and creativity throughout the planning process along with impeccable service the day of your event. Using the finest locally sourced ingredients, Command has created three distinct menu offerings for The Fillmore. They also welcome the opportunity to collaborate with guests on a unique menu for those with specific dietary, ethnic or food preferences.

Our Menus

Working with Command Performance Catering, The Fillmore on Central designed three distinct menus to ensure guests have a selection of presentations and pricing from which to choose. The Serenade offers a range of cuisines presented as individual stations and is priced at $77.95. The Sonata includes pre-ceremony beverage service, passed hors d’ouevres, buffet-style dining and coffee and tea service for $87.95. The Symphony is an elegant plated dinner that also includes pre-ceremony beverage service, passed hors d’ouvres and a selection of two entrees along with coffee and tea service for $100.95. Guests also have the option to enhance any selection with an extensive list of appetizers, desserts and late-night bites.

  • 66” round seating tables (8-10 guests)
  • 300 gray Willow dining chairs and 300 white folding chairs
  • Catering kitchen: oven, flooring, lighting, tent, small wares, equipment etc.

  • 8 Mayflower cocktail tables with linens
